South West Planning Services is led by a chartered town planner, a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.  The company provides advice, guidance and consultancy services to businesses and members of the public on all things related to planning.

We have experience of working inside the  local planning authority environment and we help our clients navigate through the intricacies of the UK planning system.  Our principal, a chartered town planner, has worked in planning and enforcement roles and in the private sector, providing detailed technical input to planning projects, together with advice, guidance and strategy to householders, architects, developers, builders and contractors on a variety of projects, large and small.
